About the care work instructor program

On this Japanintern.navi website, training will be conducted for nursing instructors and we will strive to improve the nurse’s basic education.

In November 2017, the nurse's work on the regulations on foreign workers began. In that year for the first time of the labor law for foreigners, it was introduced the phrase "Works that serve people".

Currently, the regulation for skilled labor is mostly about monodzukuri / manufacture of goods or GIJUTSU NOUHOU / Technical know-how, because the first time the word "person" in the service world arises, then before this nurse's work went into another work area.
Suddenly there is a problem of vocabulary, science, politics, and culture so that this problem needs to be estimated and solved. At that point, on this site we will provide training courses for prospective instructors of each country who are invited and this program is implemented at a nursing home facility in collaboration with other parties. They instructors will provide training to nurses who want to come to Japan with the status of trained foreign workers
Due to initial education for instructors after they come to Japan, we can find out later the difference in knowledge they have after coming to Japan.

About education for care worker training

Currently, foreign nurses are required to perform "first service for people" service and who have high Japanese language skills.
And so many special vocabularies in the world of nursing, so they have to master it. Therefore, we think that the basic education of the world of nursing should also be mastered by trainee participants to reduce their burden when working later on.On this site we work together with nursing agencies, and in addition to train our instructors we have also made "improving the basic knowledge of nursing" as the goals in this program. So we work together with the employment agencies and vocational schools to emphasize the Japanese language education and nursing practice at practical level.

About basic education for care work.

In addition to providing Japanese language education that had been provided in their home country in 3-6 months, they are given initial nursing training at practical level within 1 month or 176 hours and also conducted basic nursing education
About the mastery in Japanese, before entering Japan, they hadthe language class with the same level with N3 or N4.

We will send the instructors to each destination country, those who are certified in care-worker field, and actively involved for a long time in the world of nursing education. There, prospective nurse workers will be trained by the instructor. So the Japanese instructor who is a nurse and nurse that work in each country will work together and contribute in the education world.
About the nursing education curriculum, we are implementing a special program aimed at acquiring the necessary skills at the nursing home in Japan. The curriculum material will be translated and sent to each country. By using it in nursing education, we are expecting the nurses from these foreign countries can have a high fighting spirit while working in Japan later.
